It also features select low-tech solutions and custom- designed items, that complement or enhance smart tech use.

Case studies are drawn from research conducted at the University of Pittsburgh and include contributions from other research groups and community members. The Hub aims to showcase real-world examples and offer practical guidance and inspiration for those seeking supportive technologies.

The short answer is … everyone. This database was developed for and with people with various disabilities, care partners, clinicians (therapists, doctors, rehab engineers, physicians), as well as smart technology manufacturers to learn how these smart technologies are being used successfully by people in the community.
